• Telegram data: ID, name, username, profile photo, language
• Cycle data: cycle length, period duration, last period date, regularity
• Daily entries: bleeding presence, intensity, symptoms, notes
• Pro subscription data (when applicable): mood, medications, intimate life
• Payment information: Telegram Stars transaction ID (we do not store card details)

2. Health data

Data about your menstrual cycle, symptoms, and well-being falls under the special category of health data. We process this data only with your explicit consent and solely for the operation of the app.

3. How we use your data

• Calculate cycle predictions and fertile window
• Display statistics and history
• Send notifications (if enabled)
• Process payments through Telegram Stars

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Data storage

Data is stored on servers in encrypted form (SSL/TLS). Database access is restricted.

5. Your rights

• Export: you can download all your data in CSV format in the "Profile" section
• Deletion: you can delete all your data and account in the "Profile" section. Deletion is irreversible
• Withdraw consent: you can stop using the app at any time

6. Age requirement

Luna is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are under 16, please use the app with permission from a parent or guardian.

7. Medical disclaimer

Luna is not a medical device. Cycle predictions and fertility estimates are for informational purposes only and cannot be used as a contraceptive method or for diagnostic purposes. If you have health concerns, please consult a doctor.
